As both an entrepreneur and a supportive partner to his wife, Rebecca, Tom understands the value of persistence, collaboration, and continuous growth. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a proud father to three children—Jenny, Emma, and Declan—who inspire his commitment to education and mentorship.
